However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following products cannot be returned:
    • Custom-made or personalized uniforms.
    • Products that have been used, altered, or washed.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the reason for return, and pictures (if applicable) showing any defect or wrong order.
  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is eligible. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  4. Packaging:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a comparable protective container to prevent damage during transit.

3. Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee:
    A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be applicable on certain returns, except for defective items or those delivered in error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges:
    We offer exchanges for eligible products if you need a different size or style. Exchanges must be requested within the 14-day return window. Simply follow the same process outlined in “Initiating a Return.”
  • Processing Time for Exchanges:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange within 7-10 business days, subject to stock availability. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Charges:
    Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or incorrect order.
  • Restocking Fee:
    If applicable, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
